Our group classes at You4ia Health are catered to ALL fitness abilities. All group fitness classes are uniquely designed to challange your potential all while having FUN. Group fitness classes consist of boxing, interval training, circuits and challenges.

BOXING
 

Mondays
6am - 6:45am

&

6pm – 6:45pm

Here we incorporate boxing combinations with bodyweight movements guaranteed to kick start the heart.

All of our boxing classes are game based, inclusive and most of all FUN!

Boxing gloves provided*

This class is catered to ALL fitness abilities. 

 

 

High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT)

Wednesdays
6am - 6:45am

&

6pm – 6:45pm

Here we incorporate interval training between resistance training, promoting fat loss.  

All of these classes are game based, inclusive and completed at a high intensity,  enabling you to build leaner muscle while burning maximal calories. 

This class is catered to ALL fitness abilities.

CIRCUIT
 

Saturdays
8:00am - 8:45am

Here, we combine a mixture of resistance training, interval training, boxing and everything in between.

This class enables you to build strength, burn maximal calories and have tons of FUN in the process.

This class is catered to ALL fitness abilities.
